Emotional Freedom technique
This is a simple technique which is essentially acupuncture without the needles! It helps to clear blockages in the energy system caused by various kinds and amounts of trauma. This technique is second to none in removing negative emotions and creating an environment of inner peace, calm and positivity.
Creative Visualisation and Meditation
Utilising the Power of the mind, focusing thoughts and feelings in the direction of the life you desire. This includes eyes closed processes to enable the mind to create what is wanted in life.
Vision Board workshops
Utilising a variety of art and craft materials, this is a creative and fun way of planning for a Fabulous future!
Confidence and Self Esteem
Looking at how self esteem is created, and how this affects confidence levels. Utilising Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Positive Affirmations to improve our sense of self, and increase confidence in a wide variety of situations.

Previously delivered to NHS third year medical students in their psychiatric block, this workshop looks at the history of mental health, how service users and carers are affected by stigma, and some things everyone can do to reduce it.
Abolish Addiction – find freedom from the chains that bind
Learn about the Adverse Childhood Experiences Study, and many factors along the very human path to Freedom from addiction of any kind; alcohol, prescription/ illicit drugs, gambling, sex, emotional states, anything that gives you relief in the short term, but reduces your enjoyment of life of life in the long term. Learn about the biopsychosocial model of addiction and human suffering, and how to move towards the elimination of any addiction. In this workshop we as not; “why the addiction?” but, “why the pain” We then learn solutions to deal with the pain.
